How to choose a shirt
Shape. A classic shirt with a collar and cuffs is the most versatile - tucked into trousers, open over a knit, or under a blazer. An oversized shirt can be worn loose as a light jacket. A blouse without a collar sits well under a cardigan.
Sleeves. Check that cuffs end at the wrist bone with your arms relaxed; a shirt that is slightly long in the sleeve can be rolled, one that is short cannot be fixed.
Size. Compare the chest and shoulder measurements on the product's size chart with a shirt you already like. Loose styles are cut generously on purpose, so your usual size is normally right.
